Results from our HVAC work, and what transfers to electrical

We don't yet publish electrical case studies, so we show real results from our HVAC work and explain plainly which parts of each method carry over to an electrical shop.

Written by Ali Sedighi, MBALast updated:

These are results from our HVAC work. They aren't electrical results, and we label them that way on purpose. Heating and cooling companies share a lot with electrical contractors: licensed trades, urgent and planned work side by side, seasonal swings, and customers who check credentials. The marketing methods behind these numbers are the same ones we use for electrical shops. The numbers themselves belong to the companies named.

The full set is on the HVAC.Agency case studies page.

Launching a new division: GasBoilers.ca

GasBoilers.ca was built as a gas-boiler division for CANRO Heat. That boiler division now reaches 26+ BC communities; its rating stands at 5.0★ from 76+ Google reviews, earned one finished job at a time.

What it shows: a specialty service line can have its own website, its own pages and its own reputation, separate from the parent company.

What transfers to electrical: this is the closest model for a shop adding EV charger installs or panel upgrades as a named specialty. A dedicated page set, or even a separate brand, lets you speak directly to that buyer. See EV charger marketing for how we'd apply it.

Lead growth for the parent company: CanroHeat.ca

CanroHeat.ca saw 250% lead growth.

What it shows: steady work on a contractor's main site, its service pages, local presence and conversion, can multiply enquiries over time.

What transfers: the same approach underpins residential service-call marketing. For an electrical shop, the mix of pages differs (troubleshooting, pot lights, panels, alarms), but the structure is the same.

Fast results from focus: BCWide.ca

BCWide.ca reached 3× leads in 90 days.

What it shows: when the offer and the target area are clear, results can come quickly.

What transfers: for electricians, quick wins usually come from fixing call handling, the Google profile and the most important service page first, before spending more on ads.

Organic traffic over a year: Roma Heating & Cooling

Roma Heating & Cooling achieved 400% organic traffic growth in 12 months.

What it shows: search traffic you don't pay per click for can grow a lot in a year with consistent work.

What transfers: panel upgrade and EV charger buyers research before they call. Useful explainer pages, written with your electricians, build exactly this kind of traffic.

Content at scale: HeatLand

HeatLand runs a library of 850+ SEO articles, and its leads rose 300% in 6 months.

What it shows: a large library of genuinely useful content can drive leads.

What transfers: most electrical shops don't need 850 articles. But a library covering every common question in your area, from "why does my breaker trip when the dryer runs?" to "what's involved in adding a charger to a condo?", works the same way. Content must still be accurate, so your electricians review it.

What an electrical shop should copy, in order

If you take one thing from these HVAC results, take the order of work. In almost every case, the gains came from doing the basics in sequence rather than spending more:

  1. Fix how enquiries are answered and tracked.
  2. Give each important service its own page and its own campaign.
  3. Build reviews steadily.
  4. Add useful content that answers real customer questions.
  5. Only then scale paid advertising.

For an electrical contractor, step 2 usually means separating EV chargers, panel upgrades, service calls and commercial work. Step 4 means pages your electricians help write. And alongside all five, plan recruiting so that more work doesn't become longer wait times.

How to read any agency's results

Ask four questions of any case study, ours included:

  1. Is the client named and the site live? If not, treat it as a story.
  2. Is the metric specific? "Leads grew 250%" is checkable over time; "amazing growth" isn't.
  3. Is the trade the same? If not, does the agency say so?
  4. What did the client do besides marketing? Answering the phone, pricing and crew size often matter as much.

If you'd like to talk through how one of these methods would apply to your shop, see the services or contact us.

Frequently asked questions

Why don't you show electrical contractor results?

Because we only publish results we can verify and attribute to a named client. Our documented numbers come from HVAC companies, so that's what we show, labelled clearly.

Will an electrical shop get the same numbers?

Nobody can promise that. Different trade, market, pricing and crew. What transfers is the method: separate service lines, local pages, steady content and honest tracking.

Can I contact these companies?

Their websites are public and linked on this page. We don't publish client contact details or quotes.
